Key operation and usage precautions of Electric Airport ambulift trucks are mainly modified from the second-class electric vehicle chassis QL1103BEVEYMAY type produced by Qingling Automobile Co., LTD. It is composed of the body, scissor lift mechanism, fixed platform, telescopic platform, hydraulic lifting tailboard, hydraulic system, lighting and electrical system, retractable stable feet and battery thermal management system. The chassis cab is flat-fronted, accommodating 3 passengers; the drive type is 4X2, with a maximum designed speed of 85 km/h. The rated load capacity of the body is 4000 kg, the rated load capacity of the fixed part of the front platform is 1700 kg, the rated load capacity of the movable part of the front platform is 1100 kg, and the range is 340 km. Key Operating and Usage Precautions for Electric Airport Ambulift Trucks When charging, the main power switch needs to be turned on. 2. When the key is placed in the "ON" position, the instrument has a self-check function. Wait for 3-5 seconds before applying high voltage. 3. When the air pressure reaches 0.6-0.7 Mpa, the attachment can be connected; otherwise, it cannot be attached due to low pressure. 4. Before driving, the PTO switch must be turned off first. 5. When the vehicle stops running, the low-voltage battery disconnection switch must be cut off. 6. When a special symbol alarm appears on the instrument panel, stop immediately and perform maintenance. 7. After pressing the emergency stop switch, restore the "emergency switch" to its initial position before restarting. 8. Battery maintenance: 1. When the SOC value is 30% or less, charge as soon as possible. 2. When the SOC value is 10%, the vehicle cannot move. 3. When the SOC value is 5%, the power battery cannot be charged normally, and it needs to be repaired by the manufacturer. 9. The lifting button of the controller needs to be held down continuously; do not release it, otherwise, it will not act immediately after release. Because the button has a 1-1.5 second response time. 10. When the rear platform cannot be lifted or the legs cannot be extended, first disable the interlock function, evacuate to a safe area, and then perform maintenance. After maintenance, turn the interlock key to the left (locked position). 11. The emergency electric pump also has a power switch. When using, turn on the power switch first; after use, turn it off. 12. Before using the manual pump, tighten the below knob; after emergency use, place the directional valve in the neutral position. 13. The rear flipping platform cannot be lifted before it is lowered. 14. When the vehicle is parked for a long time, support feet should be propped up. 15. During platform lifting, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the platform and the underside of the box. 16. During operation, the platform guardrail must not be relied on. 17. Traction: If it is necessary to move the vehicle from the operation area immediately, use the towing bar at a maximum speed of 5 km/h to tow for up to 200 meters in an empty gear; for long-distance towing, the transmission shaft must be disassembled, and it is strictly prohibited to drag the faulty vehicle before separating the drive shaft and disengaging the driving wheels. 18. The rated load of the box is 4000 kg, the rated load of the fixed platform is 1700 kg, the rated load of the movable platform is 1100 kg, and the rated load of the rear lifting platform is 700 kg.
