Electric Catering Vehicles

Description:
The cargo compartment of an electric catering vehicle has 70mm thick thermal insulation composite material on both side panels and a 105mm thick thermal insulation composite material on the roof. During transportation, the internal temperature of the compartment is maintained at 5-10℃. The front and rear doors are insulated sliding doors. Five recessed LED white lights are installed inside the compartment. Each side of the compartment has a stainless steel panel for catering vehicles and two nylon anti-collision strips. Anti-collision strips are installed at the rear of the vehicle, and a working ladder is provided at the rear for easy access for staff.

The working platform of an electric catering vehicle has a frame structure, consisting of a fixed platform, a left-right sliding platform, and a front-retractable platform. The fixed platform is located on top of the cab and can slide up and down along the guide rails at the front of the food compartment. The left-right sliding platform is mounted on the fixed platform and can move left and right within a range of 0-500mm. The front-retractable platform is mounted on the left-right sliding platform and can move front and back within a range of 0-600mm. A stainless steel folding guardrail separates the fixed platform from the left-right sliding platform. The left and right movable platform is equipped with rotatable and retractable stainless steel guardrails on both sides. The stainless steel guardrails of the retractable platform and the front end of the platform are equipped with D-shaped scratch-free anti-collision rubber tubes.
