Potable Water Tanker Truck lifting work platform assembly
The lifting work platform is a working operation console. The lifting height of the platform from the ground ranges from 385mm to 3760mm, which can meet the working height requirements of different aircraft models currently in use. The lifting cylinder is a single-section hydraulic cylinder. The lifting mechanism is made of new aluminum alloy profiles. The lifting frame is welded with 2.5mm thick stainless steel tubes. The platform bottom plate is made of 6mm thick anti-slip patterned aluminum plate, which has a self-cleaning function and can make the accumulated water on it flow away quickly to prevent ice accumulation and anti-slip in winter. The platform is equipped with an electrical control switch assembly, which is used to control the water pumping of the water pump and the lifting of the platform.

2. Safety protection devices are installed on the platform. When the hydraulic operating system malfunctions, press the red "Emergency Stop" button to cut off the power supply of the engine, immediately stop its operation, and the hydraulic system will not work. The platform cannot continue to rise or fall, thus avoiding the accident of colliding with the aircraft.

The platform is equipped with a limit switch. The vehicle can only move when the platform is completely lowered to the lowest position and touches the limit switch below the platform; otherwise, it will shift gears and turn off the engine, thus ensuring the safety of the operator.

An optional fixed platform can be installed. The fixed platform is composed of a reel box, steps and steps, a flanged flowmeter, a disinfection bucket, an operation box, etc
